TNAA has placed travel nurses in hospitals across all 50 states since 1999. With an aging digital presence and no mobile app in a market where competitors were moving fast, they needed a full transformation, brand, product, and growth all at once.

Travel Nurse Across America fills a critical gap in healthcare staffing, placing nurses in understaffed hospitals nationwide. But their digital presence hadn't kept pace with the market. Their website relied on outdated practices, they had no mobile app, and a domain migration was looming, a high-stakes SEO event that could wipe out years of organic authority if mishandled.

Metova was brought in to handle all of it: a complete brand redesign, a new external marketing site built on best practices, a proof-of-concept mobile application, and the technical SEO expertise to navigate the domain change without losing ground. The result was a fully modernized digital operation that made TNAA competitive across every touchpoint.

TNAA needed to update every layer of their digital presence simultaneously. Their existing website needed to be replaced with a modern external marketing site and an internal platform, both conducting business via web and mobile in ways the old stack simply couldn't support.

On top of that, they were moving domains, a technically complex SEO challenge that, if handled incorrectly, could destroy search rankings built over more than two decades. Metova had to orchestrate brand, product, and technical migration work without any layer undermining the others.

Metova started with stakeholder interviews, nurses, administrators, and executives, to ensure every decision was grounded in real user needs. That research drove a complete rebranding effort, a new design system, and a pair of websites (external marketing and internal operations) built on current best practices.

On mobile, TNAA wanted to enter a space where competitors hadn't yet gone. Metova built a proof-of-concept mobile application that laid the foundation for their ongoing mobile strategy, giving nurses a first-class app experience for managing assignments and staying connected.

The domain migration was handled by Metova's SEO team end-to-end. The transition preserved organic authority, and the ongoing SEM strategy reduced CPC while increasing relevant traffic, resulting in 100%+ growth in conversions across both SEO and paid channels.
